Our company provides credit, criminal and eviction reports to landlords and businesses. The company started in 1995 after I saw that there was a definite need for all landlords, including small rental property owners to receive credit reports prior to extending housing to their tenants. We have been providing our services to landlords for over 15 years!
OUR SERVICES Landlord Services, LLC offers two options to order your credit reports.
1) Internet Access. Once your account is set up, we will provide you with access codes for you to enter into the “Member Access” portion of our website. You are then able to request the report yourself, online and receive the report back immediately.
2) Fax us our completed request form with the tenants information. The report will be faxed back to you within 2 hours or less during business hours Monday through Friday.
The above 2 options require you to complete our application forms. These forms are located on the Home Page under “How do I get a credit report?”
If you only require an occasional report or live in a state other than Wisconsin, our Landlord Services Smart Move product might be a better fit for your needs. This option provides you with a credit recommendation or credit report, and a nationwide criminal search (not including evictions) at the Landlord Services discounted price of $20-$25, however there are no set-up fees or forms to complete. This option requires you to provide the applicants email address, and the applicant must respond to the email that will be sent to them from Trans Union before the results are released to you. CRIMINAL REPORTS
Criminal searches must be ordered by faxing the tenant’s name, address, ssn and full birth date to our office. The results can normally be faxed back to you the same day.
