THERE IS A ONE TIME SET UP FEE OF $70 TO PROCESS YOUR ACCOUNT-This is a tax deductible one time fee, not an annual fee. This fee must be paid prior to setting up your account. You can mail a check or fax or call us with a credit card number and expiration date.
SPECIAL DISCOUNT- If you are a member with the Wisconsin Apartment Association or Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin you will receive a $5 discount on every credit report.

HAWK - FREE ON EVERY CREDIT REPORT Provides a built-in check on credit inquiries by comparing input addresses, social security numbers and telephone numbers that may be fictitious, non-residential, or reported to have been used previously in suspected fraud activities. Social Security numbers are compared to the Social Security Administration’s Death Master File for deceased claimants, as well as to a table of non-issued numbers. HAWK provides up to 55 messages relating to potential fraud. HAWK is now the most inclusive fraud product in the industry. Hawk assures you that the applicant is not providing you with a fictitious social security number.
TRANS ALERT - FREE ON EVERY CREDIT REPORT This automatic system provides a message that alerts credit grantors to heavy inquiry activity as well as mismatches between input names, addresses, social security numbers and information on file. Credit grantors may receive one, two or three messages simultaneously, depending on the input and status of the consumer’s credit record.
